Boundary line dispute between residential lakefront homeowners on Lake Orion. The case involved conflicting surveys of a common boundary line, acquiescence injunctions and money damages. After trial, the decision supported the Client’s position regarding location of the boundary line and the forced removal of a foundation before further construction.
